The Clinton Cafe set the standard for all future franchises for the new Farr’s Fresh Ice Cream and Frozen Yogurt Cafes. FFKR selected all interior finishes to compliment the Farr’s brand. The interior design goals were to create a space that is distinct and recognizable. Patrons enter the cafe and are directed to the self-serve ice cream counter. Wall mounted screens rotate through serving instructions and ads for the cafe. There are two eating areas, cafe tables and more cozy seating by the gas fireplace. The design standard works as a tenant improvement in existing shopping centers or stand alone stores.
