FFKR worked with Integra CRE on a lobby and amenity remodel at the 860 Levoy building. This commercial office building supports lab/flex user space in a zoned research-and-development area. The new lobby offers a common area and conference room with high-end finishes and a premier fitness center with private showers, lockers, a yoga studio, and an outdoor pickleball court.
