We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide administrative support and assist with meeting documentation. This role will primarily focus on attending meetings, taking thorough and accurate notes, and ensuring timely distribution of meeting minutes and follow-up actions. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and able to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Construction Administration Architect – Salt Lake City, Utah
We are seeking an experienced Architect / Construction Administrator to join our Salt Lake City office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture and construction, with expertise in mid-rise steel and concrete-framed building systems. This role is critical in ensuring projects are executed in alignment with contract documents, quality standards, and client expectations.
Architect I – Salt Lake City, Utah | Tempe, Arizona | Boise, Idaho | St. George, Utah
Licensed design professional who is competent in most conventional aspects of architecture.
Education and Experience: 1-5 years of experience. Licensed architect with NAAB accredited degree preferred.
Landscape Architect II; Salt Lake City, Utah | Tempe, Arizona | Boise, Idaho
Collaborates with team while applying a diverse knowledge of Landscape Architecture principles and practices related to a broad array of assignments and related fields. Uses advanced techniques, and has responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and material approval. May supervise other Landscape Architects and technicians.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or similar degree. Licensed in Landscape Architecture or AICP accreditation. 15 years experience with accreditation
Licensed design professional with expert knowledge of architectural principles, practices, techniques and experience in historic preservation. Has responsibility for finished plans, specifications and materials approval for large and/or complex projects.
