Andy is a respected architect with more than 25 years of national and international experience. Throughout his career, he has championed sustainable design while leading projects that create lasting value for clients and communities. His service on numerous civic boards and commissions, including the Idaho State Capitol Commission and Boise City Design Review Committee, demonstrates his commitment to shaping the places where people live, work, and gather.

Since joining erstad in 2014, Katrina has become a trusted leader known for her collaborative approach and expertise across education, nonprofit, multifamily, and commercial projects. Her dedication to clients, thoughtful design process, and strong relationships have made her an integral part of the firm’s success and a natural choice for this leadership role.
