Chad earned his bachelors of science in Engineering and spent a few years as an acoustician before pursuing a master's in architecture at the University of Oregon. After 14 years in Aspen designing custom homes, lodges, and an art museum, Chad now focuses mostly on mixed-use multifamily projects, including prominent housing developments in the valley such as Adare, New Path, and The Boardwalk. He has helped create over 500 apartments for local families across all categories, from LIHTC and PSH to market-rate luxury units.
