Adare is a four-story, 134-unit mixed-income housing development designed to revitalize Fairview Avenue and the West Downtown corridor in Boise, Idaho. As architects and interior designers, we focused on creating a dynamic living environment tailored to a diverse community.

The one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments feature tall ceilings, large windows, and private balconies, offering bright and comfortable spaces. Adare includes multiple elevators, on-site management, and key-fob security, ensuring convenience and safety. Amenities such as community rooms, a fitness center, a roof deck, and laundry facilities enhance residents’ quality of life.

At its core, a spacious central courtyard serves as a communal hub with bike parking, play structures, barbecues, and a dog run, fostering interaction and community spirit. Adare exemplifies a thoughtful blend of design, functionality, and inclusivity, setting a new standard for mixed-income housing in Boise.
