AgriBeef, partnering with local ranchers, created a new venture, True West Beef (TWB), a state-of-the-art beef processing facility. They asked our team to emulate a “ranch feel” for the employee support areas. The various buildings house administrative offices, cafeterias, training rooms, and locker rooms. The spaces are surrounded by windows to take advantage of the Sawtooth Mountain views and allow as much natural light as possible, giving employees a reprieve from the processing areas.

The interior design is a balanced mix of professional and ranch styles to match the True West brand and make everyone feel at home —employees and local ranch partners alike. Carefully selected images of the Sawtooths and Snake River Canyon, ranch fields, and actual cattle and cowboys were reproduced on several full-size walls throughout the spaces to anchor employees in a sense of place. The central courtyard features the TWB brand and ample space for all employees to gather and enjoy. This beautifully landscaped area marries both support buildings to the processing facility, creating a true ranch-like atmosphere.
