State Bank of Southern Utah is a rapidly growing financial institution serving communities throughout Southern Utah. This nearly 13,000 sf, two-story structure is in a burgeoning commercial district. It is anchored to a major intersection that serves as the gateway between St. George and Washington, Utah. The design provided a contemporary prairie-style building, with a strong relationship between its vertical and horizontal elements. Large expanses of glass provide stunning 360-degree views.
