Avista Senior Living at Sierra Bloom is a ground up assisted living and memory care facility located on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. The building contains 107 assisted living units and 39 memory care units along with amenities such as full-service dining, bistro, interior courtyards, fitness and wellness center, theater, craft room, salon, and library. The exterior materials are inspired by the local environment including the ocotillo plant and the vibrant colors of neighboring Red Mountain. The facility is part of a master plan with surrounding lots providing medical services and active living opportunities to the community.
