Blue Phoenix is a 100,000 sf addition to an existing manufacturing campus. Their operations run 24 hours a day in this secure facility. The addition includes planning for production and manufacturing machinery, assembly areas, employee break rooms, and a new mezzanine level.

The building is pre-engineered and organized in bays to allow for future flexibility and growth. Due to its proximity to Hinckley Airport in Ogden, special FAA design guidelines, including building height and finish materials, were implemented.
