Karen joined FFKR in 2016. As a Senior Associate Interior Designer, Karen is an integral team member of our Hospitality Studio. Having worked on Hotel Jackson Phase 2 and the Talking Stick Resort High Limit Addition, Karen enjoys the complicated and inspiring process of project design. She appreciates the challenge of merging the talents and expertise of a design team with a client’s goals and intent to collaboratively complete amazing projects.

Karen loves how practicing commercial interior design has opened her world to collaboration with so many knowledgeable professionals across the disciplines related to building spaces where we live, work, and play. She enjoys getting to know the people our projects will serve and learning from a talented team as they work together to make the spaces come alive. Apart from designing, Karen often explores and wonders at the natural world. She also loves reading and learning from what others have taken the time to write down.
