Brian Derrick, AIA, LEED GA

Senior Associate
Architect

Brian's work encompasses projects from the Religious, Commercial, Healthcare, Civic, and Science and Technology Studios within FFKR. He is driven to provide the best service in the industry through new and innovative ideas that improve project delivery methods, reduce costs, and deliver additional benefits to his clients. Solving complex design challenges through unique workflows and collaborative visualization with clients, contractors, and consultants is a highlight of his daily work. Brian remains focused on the details of the documentation and construction phases, keeping delivery efficient and minimizing risk and unforeseen costs. The result? Walking through a finished project feels like reconnecting with an old friend that he's always known well.

Brian's commitment to architecture extends beyond the office; he literally takes his work home daily, having designed and built the house he lives in with his family. He also enjoys golf, long-distance running (working up to that full marathon), basketball, and inspiring books.
